A- Registration & Appointments 

We have hospital receptionists whom you can approach from 0800H until 2000H from Saturday to Thursday except during Fridays when our service is extened through our ER Reception.

Upon your first visit to PROCARE Hospital, you may present any valid id and your health insurance card(if insured). A copy of the family card is a requirement for female patients while and a copy of the IQAMA must be presented by non-Saudi patients.

B- Patient Relations

Our Patient Relations Department is the link between the hospital administration and the patients. It aims to provide patients with an opportunity to ask questions and openly discuss and express their feelings about any issues that may have risen during their visit or stay at PROCARE. This may include complaints, suggestions, concerns, and compliments. Confidentiality is strictly implemented by the Patient Relations Coordinator upon all that may be discussed with the patient.

You may visit our office at the ground floor at the OPD section, from 0800H to 1600H from Saturday to Thursday.

C- Social services

Our Social Workers are vital members of the Care-Providing Team who are primarily concerned with the psychosocial needs, assessment and satisfaction of patients. They also provide counseling to patients and give additional health information .

You may reach them at the ground floor from 0800H to 2000H.

D- Medical Reports

Sick leave certificates and birth notifications may be requested from our Medical Reports Section. These documents are available both in Arabic and in English upon submission of a completely-filled up request form and payment of a nominal fee . Fees vary depending on the type of document requested.  

For instance, sick leave certificates upon issuance by the attending physician, are typed and printed in this Office.

When a baby is born, a birth notification certificate will be issued upon the request of the lawful parents and upon submission of valid identification cards. A copy of the passports and IQAMA is required for non-Saudi parents.
