Definition of allergic rhinitis:

Causes of allergic rhinitis:
Pollen is the main factor in triggering allergic rhinitis
Allergens such as (dust - smoke - scented scents)

Symptoms:
Its symptoms are similar to those of influenza, and it lasts as long as the irritation period, while influenza lasts for 3-7 days and includes the following symptoms:
* sneeze
* cough.
Itching (eyes, nose, mouth, throat and skin).
* runny nose.
* Blocked nose.
* Puffiness under the eyes.
* Headache.
* Sore throat.
Prevention of allergic rhinitis:
* Stay away from allergens
* Covering pillows with tissues that do not retain dust.
* Do not use pillows stuffed with feathers or use blankets made of wool.
Bed and pillow covers must be washed at least once a week.
* Cleaning the floor and carpets regularly and with a vacuum cleaner, provided that the injured person does not do that himself.
* Clean furniture pieces with a wet cloth.
* Keep clothes in a locked cupboard.
Treatment for allergic rhinitis:
There is no cure for allergic rhinitis yet, but work is being done to relieve symptoms, not treat the allergy itself.

Complications caused by allergies:
